1. Description of Service

ImageVixo provides a client-side WebAssembly (WASM) image compression, format transcoding, cropping, resizing, filtering, watermarking, EXIF metadata editing, and file validation studio.

ImageVixo operates entirely inside your web browser. All file processing, rendering, and compression execute locally on your physical device memory. ImageVixo does not upload, host, or store your image files on remote servers.

2. Permitted Use & Commercial Rights

ImageVixo is provided as a 100% free web application for personal, educational, professional, and commercial purposes.

• Commercial Use Allowed: You are free to process, edit, compress, and optimize images for commercial websites, client projects, eCommerce platforms, advertising campaigns, and digital publishing.
• No Account Required: You may access all tools and features without registering an account or providing personal details.
• No Hidden Charges: There are no subscription fees, paid tiers, or forced output watermarks added by ImageVixo.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & File Ownership

• Your Files & Content: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all images, photos, brand assets, and graphics you process using ImageVixo. ImageVixo claims zero ownership or rights over your files.
• ImageVixo Intellectual Property: All site branding, software design, user interfaces, original source code, custom WebAssembly integrations, logos, and website materials are the intellectual property of Jawad Iftikhar and ImageVixo, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use ImageVixo for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Use ImageVixo in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Process images or graphics that contain illegal material, child exploitation material, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the delivery of static CDN infrastructure or website operations.
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, or scrapers designed to overload or disrupt the static web hosting infrastructure.

5. Local Device Performance & Hardware Dependencies

Because ImageVixo processes files entirely on your local machine using client-side WebAssembly modules and WebWorkers, performance is dependent on your device's hardware (CPU cores, available RAM, and browser capabilities).

ImageVixo incorporates automatic memory management controls to downscale oversized files and prevent tab crashes. However, you acknowledge that processing extremely large image batches (e.g. dozens of 50MB+ photos simultaneously) depends on your local device's memory limits.

6. Third-Party Libraries & External CDNs

ImageVixo loads certain static WebAssembly codecs and open-source JavaScript libraries from reputable Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), such as cdn.jsdelivr.net, esm.sh, and unpkg.com.

Your browser's HTTP requests for these static files are governed by the respective terms and privacy policies of those CDN providers. ImageVixo is not responsible for temporary third-party CDN downtime or network outages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMAGEVIXO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, OR SECURE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR RELIABLE IN ALL BROWSER ENVIRONMENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JAWAD IFTIKHAR, IMAGEVIXO, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, DEVICE CRASHES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE IMAGEVIXO.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUP COPIES OF YOUR ORIGINAL IMAGE FILES BEFORE PROCESSING THEM ON ANY DIGITAL TOOL.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jawad Iftikhar, ImageVixo, and its contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the application.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to web software applications, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last Updated" revision date. Your continued use of ImageVixo following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
